DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed on TimeToMerch can be delivered every day of the week. Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, where your item is coming from and its destination. Express delivery is available for the majority of
destinations. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details. We have 2 business days to process your order. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order by heading to Orders & Returns in your account.

Depending on your location and selected delivery method, it can take 2 – 30 business days for your package to arrive. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.

If you've shopped items from multiple locations, you may receive more than one package.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included

Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned

If an item has a brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position

Made-to-order items cannot be
returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

Please be careful when trying
on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

French terry clothing care recommendations

Cotton clothing is the best choice for travel, leisure and weekend walks. This practical and skin-friendly fabric does not require special care, but there are a few tips that will help keep the French terry durable and bright for as long as possible. 

Wash French terry items on a delicate cycle in cool water, 30°C. Choose washing gels without bleaching granules.

Cotton can stain and absorb dyes from water, so be sure to sort your clothing. Wash dark and bright items separately from light ones. 

Cotton can fade and become pale near a hot radiator and in the sun. Dry clothes away from heaters and direct sunlight.

Knitwear clothing care recommendations 

Textured, smooth, warming in winter or pleasantly cooling in hot weather - every knitted item gives comfort from the first minutes of ownership. Follow these simple rules, and knitwear will
delight you for many years.

As a rule, knitted items are washed at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, and especially delicate items are dry cleaned.

If hand washing, dilute the detergent in cool water and then gradually wet the item. Do not rub or twist the product to avoid damaging the delicate fibers.

For machine washing, set to delicate cycle and spin speed up to 600 rpm. To prevent fibers
of different fabrics and yarns from affecting each other and causing pilling, wash knitted items separately, filling the machine drum halfway.

Try not to use washing powder, replace it with gel. Do not use color preserving or anti-yellowing products - the optical brightener they contain may affect the
shade of knitwear.

Dry the product on a flat horizontal surface in a warm room without direct sunlight, away from radiators and heaters.

After washing, do not hang the knitwear on hangers so as not to deform its shape. If the item does stretch out - for example, on your knees or elbows - lay it out
on a horizontal surface and steam.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
